The Division of Cultural Business at Glasgow Caledonian University offers a range of tailor made CPD courses for the events industry as well as Undergraduate and Postgraduate degree programmes in events management.

The MSc International Events Management is a part-time postgraduate degree grounded in the live practice of international events. Driven by a international case studies, including the World Cup, Mardi Gras, Formula One and Glastonbury, this programme is designed to enhance the knowledge, critical capabilities and strategic skills essential to the field of international events. Taught via a blended mode of learning, flexibly interacting with a series of web-based technologies and intensive teaching weekends, the programme is taught over two years and can be combined with full-time employment.

In a dynamic and rapidly expanding industry the MSc International Events Management represents an educational innovation dedicated to producing professional practitioners able to understand the transitions in cultural phenomenon, policy frameworks and international practices that inform and challenge events today and in the future.
