How to enter

1. Register for the awards and set up an account
2. Look through the entry form for all information you will need to enter
3. Browse the categories to decide which ones suit you best.
4. Sign in and follow the onscreen instructions to upload your entry and make your payment.
5. If you wish to pay by cheque please leave your entries in your basket, do not submit, and post a cheque to the address here.  We will then validate your entry.

Writing your report

• Your report must include an executive summary of 250 words which gets across your key achievements. The job of the summary is to excite the judges and ensure they go on to read your full report.
• Your full report must not exceed 1500 words.
• Your full report must cover all of the points below. If you exclude the points detailed, you reduce your chance of being nominated.

• Important information for Business to Business and Leisure Categories
• Important information for Event Marketing Skills Awards
• Important information for Supplier Awards
• Important information for Event Professional of the Year category
• Important Information on other categories (same report format as B2B/Leisure)
• You may enter the same event into more than one category if it is suitable.  Events entered into more than once category will be treated as a completely separate entry.
• Please ensure your entry is supplied in the specified format and complies with the word counts and requested information otherwise your entry may be discounted.
• When writing your report don't assume the judges have attended the event or seen the campaign or footage. Give clear concise answers on the brief, the objectives and results
