RULES

Please read the How To Enter Page for information on what the judges are looking for in the report section.

GENERAL RULES

1. All events entered must have taken place or service been delivered between 1st January 2007 and 31st March 2008.

2. All submissions must be made online.

3. Events entered into more than one category must be treated as a completely separate entry.

4. Multiple entries can be made.

5. All entries must be supplied and conform to category description and submission formats.

6. Entries must be received by no later than 5pm on 9th May 2008. Please note that we cannot guarantee that entries received after this deadline will be considered.

7. Entries are open to all companies or individuals based in, or outside of Scotland provided the event itself has taken place in Scotland.

8. The judges reserve the right to re-allocate entries that in their view are entered in an incorrect category.

9. The organisers reserve the right to publish/exhibit screen grabs and/or submitted report in relation to the awards.

10. If any entry is found to be contravening the rules - either during the judging or afterwqards - the submitting company will be disqualified.  In this instance, any awards given must be returned and entry fees will be non-refundable.

11. No correspondence will be entered into regarding judging decisions.

12. The judges’ decision is final.
