General rules

Please read the How to enter Page for information on what the judges are looking for in the report section.

• All events must have taken place between 5th June 2009 and 21st May 2010. 
• previously entered events can be entered again but only if there has been further developments and new outcomes that can be proven.
• All entries must be supplied in the specification stated in submission formats.
• All entries must be submitted online.
• Entries must be received no later than 5pm on Friday 21st May 2010. Please note we cannot guarantee that entries received after this deadline will be considered. Any late entries which are accepted will incur an additional £20+VAT per entry.
• Entries are open to any event company or individual based in or outside Scotland provided the event has taken place in Scotland OR any event taking place outside Scotland provided it has been organised by a Scottish-based event company.  
• The judges reserve the right to re-allocate entries which, in their view, are incorrectly entered.
• The organisers reserve the right to retain entries for subsequent publication\exhibition in connection with the Awards.
• No correspondence will be entered into regarding entries.
• The judges’ decision is final.
• If you do not abide by the rules, which results in a cost to Carnyx Group Limited, then you are liable for those costs.
